If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another digital marketplace, the refund policy of that platform applies. We do not have direct control over refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

To request a refund for a third-party purchase, you must contact the platform through which you made the purchase. Each platform has its own refund policies and procedures. We recommend reviewing the refund policy of the relevant platform before making a purchase.
